Return Policy

Returns:
We will process a refund on request for a return if you do not like the product.
Eligibility for a return are as follows:
1. We will consider a request for Returns only if the request is sent within 24 hours after the order has been delivered.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. The return parcel should be delivered to us within 10 days from delivery.
4. The shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer.


Refunds:
You will be notified when Brew Craves receives your returned order/product.
Your returned order/product will go through inspection after it is received.
You will then be notified whether your request is approved or not for a refund.

If you are approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days through RazorPay.
In case of COD, we request you to contact us at brewcraves@gmail.com and we will help you with the refund of the same value.
In case of any returns, refunds or cancellations shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Missing, damaged or broken products:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product you must reach out to brewcraves@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after 24 hours from delivery will not be entertained.
Once the issue is inspected, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product value. This coupon will be valid for 60 days and can be used to shop for anything on www.brewcraves.in

**If an incorrect or missing order is delivered, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video with the customer support team. (Applicable in both cases of partial order or empty box received by the customer.)
