How to Brew

1. Traditional South Indian Filter (Drip Brew Method)

  • Add Brew Craves ground coffee powder to the upper compartment.

  • Gently tamp down (optional) and pour hot water over the powder.

  • Place the lid and let it slowly drip into the lower compartment.

  • Mix the resulting decoction with hot milk and sugar.

 

2. French Press

  • Add Brew Craves Filter Coffee Powder and hot water to the French press.

  • Steep for 3–5 minutes.

  • Press the plunger, then mix the strong brew with hot milk and sugar for a similar taste experience.

 

3. Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso)

  • Place coffee powder in the filter basket.

  • Fill the bottom with water and assemble.

  • Brew on the stove; the result is a strong coffee concentrate you can mix with hot milk and sugar.

 

4. AeroPress

  • Use our fine Indian filter coffee grind.

  • Add powder and hot water, steep briefly, then press to extract a robust concentrate.

  • Mix with milk and sugar as per tradition.

 

5. Drip Coffee Maker

  • Use Brew Craves Filter Coffee Powder in the filter basket.
